Judge Strikes Down NYC Foam Ban

NYC’s foam ban went into effect on July 1, 2015 with a six-month grace period. Businesses had been preparing for the change by replacing foam products with acceptable alternatives like compostable packaging.  See details of NYC’s foam ban
